● Added a feature to kick players if they suicide too often
● Suicide and Team Kill Penalties added to custom games menu
● Lightening Strike Radar will not reactivate after round change if has been used in previous round
● Global enemy spawn influencers adjusted
● Adjusted objective spawn influencers in CTF
