BJP likely to appoint five new governor

The list in addition to the two governors -- BL Joshi of UP and Shekhar Dutt of Chhattisgarh -- who have already resigned, is expected to include governors of Uttarakhand (with additional charge of UP), Aziz Qureshi, Goa's BV Wanchoo, Rajasthan's Margaret Alva, Nagaland's Ashwani Kumar and West Bengal's MK Narayanan, said sources.Sources said that BJP leader from Uttar Pradesh Lalji Tandon who had to leave his Lucknow Lok Sabha seat on party's order for Rajnath Singh is expected to be appointed as Uttarakhand governor.
