TIMES NOW has accessed an exclusive letter that puts BJP leader and Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Arjun Munda, in the dock for allegedly recommending a coal block allocation to one of mining baron Manoj Jayaswal's firms, claiming that the allocation would boost development in Jharkhand. Post the revelation, the Chief Minister tried hard to put the ball back in the Centre's court claiming the final decision was theirs, but can he completely absolve himself from the blame?
