BJP and separatists set for showdown on 'Accession Day'

The BJP is planning to celebrate the 68th anniversary of the day when Maharaja Hari Singh of Jammu and Kashmir signed the instrument of accession. Thus, making the state a part of the Union of India. The National Panthers' Party is planning a celebration of their own in the state. However, separatist leaders have decided to mark the day with their call for a state-wide bandh.
