Usually, we enjoy speculoos cookies with coffee at the end of a meal. It's impossible for us to resist this little crunchy biscuit. So, when the cake was replaced by these verrines, our hearts nearly skipped a beat!

Ingredients:
- 200 ml liquid cream (20 cl)
- 100 g mascarpone (2 big Tbsp)
- 2 Tbsp speculoos spread
- 35 g speculoos cookies
- 2 ladyfingers
- 5 Tbsp milk
