Birding: More than just hobby

Birding is observing and identifying birds at their natural state, either through naked eyes or with a pair of binoculars or through their callings.Birders come from all walks of life. The birding community in Malaysia is small, yet growing. Birding has a high potential in improving environmental well-being of Malaysia by educating the locals about the value of biodiversity, which directly or indirectly impact our country's economy. It should be conducted with the well-being of the local-ecosystems and local communities in mind.
