Bird Problem in Building complex and Detached House

Our living spaces as our homes are influenced by birds. Birds would like to nest some parts of our building as valley,rainwater down-pipe, stone barbecue,bracket,windowjamp,flue etc…

What is the main issue which is make importrant birds for us ?
All birds can infect some illness as bird flu,pneumonitis,asthma, salmonella . Especially, babies,older people,pregnant, person who doesn’t have good immune system are faced with death due to bird droppings. In Addition this for pregnants are faced problem of toxoplasma. On the other hands, We should not forget to spend Money to buy chemical to clean up thus, we wasted both our time and Money.
