BIR: Controversial ad doesn't single out doctors

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) denies singling out doctors in its latest "shame" campaign against tax evaders. BIR Commissioner Kim Henares said the print ad, which portrays a doctor sitting on the shoulders of a teacher, is directed at people who don't pay the proper taxes and not just those in the medical profession.
