Hi folks
I'm not ok today. Depressed, sad, angry and truly cannot stop crying. I thought I'd put this out for you, because normally I wouldn't. But I want to show people who perhaps don't suffer depression, that it's REAL, it's painful, it's raw, and life can feel unbearable. If you feel this way ever, I hope this video is a friend to you. I share myself , because I'm an adovate for mental health
