Binays deny paying for Junjun case ruling

The Binay family vehemently denies that they bribed the magistrates of the Court of Appeals (CA) so that Makati Mayor Junjun Binay stays in his rightful place as the city mayor. However, while there are still two acting mayors in Makati, the wages of the local government employees remain on hold.
