Bill doesn't think the mid term elections will be as bad as they were in 1994, when his party lost 54 House seats and 8 Senate seats, and also voted out a sitting Speaker of the House Tom Foley, everyone thought the GOP would make gains back then but a Republican wipeout was only predicted by Rush Limbaugh and Robert Novak...
