Bill Cipher Cant Decide

I had this idea in my head and I just had to do it. x3 There are a lot of mistakes in this though, but Im glad its finally done. Mostly based on Sock Opera because I wanted to do lip sync with Bill, and because that episode was awesome. \r

Most of the animation was done months ago; back when I was first learning the style, so thats why a lot of it is off-model. Also, Im not sure what happened but the puppets wobble horribly at the very end when hes slowly lowering them while on fire. Its really bothering me, but it would be too much work to redo that entire part. :P\r

The rough animation was done in Toon Boom Studio 8.1, the rest was done in Paint Tool Sai. \r
