Bihar polls: BJP releases vision document, promises 'much-awaited' development

The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday released its vision document for the upcoming Bihar assembly elections.Arun Jaitley said all these three parties had failed the people of Bihar. "We need to rescue Bihar from backwardness. Congress, JD(U )and RJD have ruled Bihar for 68 years but have not done much for it.
