Big temperature differences, strong UV rays _ 050219

Good morning, the air felt a bit warmer yesterday as we entered May. Morning lows in most parts are in the low teens but highs will jump to the low to mid twenties in most areas, leading to wide temperature differences of nearly 15 degrees in many areas.
Strong UV rays will shine down on us. Those in southern provinces and Jeju should apply sunblock and have your sunglasses ready. Meanwhile, many areas are breathing in unhealthy air, especially on Jeju, but air quality is forecast to improve as the day goes on.
Lows are kicking off the day few notches lower, Chuncheon is starting at 6 degrees, still low single digits in some areas.
Daily highs will range between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius under plenty of sunshine. Seoul, Daejeon getting up to 24 degrees, a couple notches higher than seasonal norms.
