This week, our Food Mashup is a salad inspired by the most famous cheeseburger ever, as suggested in the comments section by Anakin78100! We know how you feel. You're sitting at home watching TV and your tummy rumbles. You have a craving for a McDonald's Big Mac but you don't want that lardburger to sit in your gut for days, so we've got the food mashup that satisfies without guilt, using all of the elements that you love about Big Macs -- savory hamburger meat, special sauce, pickles and perfectly toasted bread. Bah duh bah bah bah, you'll be lovin' it!
