Biden meets with video game makers

They can be grizzly, and frighteningly vivid but what impact do video games have on gun violence?

That's just one of the issues Vice President Joe Biden is discussing with video game makers at a meeting in Washington.

SOUNDBITE: U.S. Vice President Joe Biden saying:

"We have a problem beyond just the massacres, the Columbines, through the Auroras, Connecticut. There are ten thousand people gunned downed in our cities every year."

Biden is heading up a task force to reduce gun violence in the U.S. in the wake of several deadly shootings in the U.S. in the past year.

SOUNDBITE: U.S. Vice President Joe Biden saying:

"We know that there is no silver bullet. There is no, one of friends said, no seatbelt that you can put on to ensure that you will not be in this circumstance again."

Earlier in the week, he met with gun control advocates and opponents and is expected to make recommendations to the president next week.
