Biazon: Customs reforms to continue despite TRO

Customs Commissioner Ruffy Biazon will respect a court order to temporarily stop the transfer of several customs collectors to a research center. But Biazon insists the order will be implemented once the TRO expires tomorrow. Alvin Elchico reports Mornings@ANC, October 3, 2013
