I know there is no speck of truth
In your laughter and cheerfulness

I know your hungers are misleading your biological needs
And constructing a body of hostile organs

I know this and many other things

But I am waiting
for the moment

When you will finally walk up to me
Undoing all that filters through your soul
But only to tease and torture it
