With his undying will, patience and determination he had established Lembest lechon in 2009 and now has more than 35 outlets and still proliferating in Luzon. It was a hit food and business at the same time achieving vision and mission of the company to help Filipinos learn in creating their lechon business. Lembest came from his nickname "Lem" and added the word "Best" for a trade name which means great hard work.
