Berger: Delayed Russia report release 'highly regrettable'
Description
Luciana Berger says it is "highly regrettable" that the prime minister has not released a parliamentary report into alleged Russian interference in the UK democratic process. Dominic Grieve - chair of the Intelligence and Security Committee which produced the report - said the report was sent to Boris Johnson for "final confirmation" on October 17th, with a reply expected within 10 days. As the 2019 General Election campaign gets underway, and Parliament is dissolved, Ms Berger said: "We're embarking on this process and we don't have the facts in front of us". Report by Jonesia.
