Benin: A restaurant like no other

In Benin, Thibaut MARTINS and his wife Marlyse GNIMADI have opened a restaurant which specialises in serving healthy food, coming directly from their garden where they grow their products in recycled containers. This initiative is greatly very much appreciated by customers who are concerned about their well-being.

"What you eat determines who you are physically, mentally, psychologically and all. The goal, it is purely for educational purposes. Educate about health through food, educate about healthy eating, educate about natural well-being," explains Thibaut.
