Benhur Luy appears before Senate

MANILA - Benhur Luy, the former aide of Janet Lim Napoles and primary whistle-blower in the alleged P10 billion pork barrel scam, has appeared in the Senate Blue Ribbon committee inquiry on the scam. Luy has accused Napoles of setting up fake NGOs to be used as conduits of lawmakers' pork barrel funds. ANC, September 12, 2013
