Bengal CM's Double talk
Description
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was one of the first ones to back the call for a special session in Parliament. But she is seen to be clearly indulging in double talk.
On the one hand she says "There is a need for stringent laws against those who commit rape related crimes, and also those who treat such crimes lightly or glorify them. Sections under IPC and CrPC are very old and must be amended."
