Bella cried while getting hands treated, says plastic surgeon

The Sessions Court in Kuala Lumpur on Monday (Aug 29) was told that Bella, the teenager with Down Syndrome at the centre of an abuse trial, cried while getting both her wounded hands treated at Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) in June last year.
