Chef Richard Blais, master of molecular gastronomy, finds a cool way to take British-inspired ingredients and stuff them into an amazing burger recipe that, at first bite, is like a steak on a bun! This original recipe calls for a blend of seasonings that are traditionally English, from Colman's dry mustard to Worcestershire powder to homemade anchovy salt (not as English as jellied eels, but oh well!). He then blows your mind with a cool trick for turning horseradish sauce into juicy globs of flavor that explode when you bite into the burger. All of these incredible elements combine with the Guinness beer-spiked cheese sauce along with some pickled walnuts and sprigs of fresh parsley for an easy recipe with complex flavors.
