Beef Stuffed Peppers

Today we are changing up stuffed peppers and instead of using ground been i'm using beef roast. And we are making it better with smoked Gouda cheese.

Only a few ingredients:
2 pounds of beef roast cubed.
1 small onion (don't believe everything you hear.)
2 cloves garlic
2 cups beef stock
10 oz Gouda Cheese
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
