Beckham coy over Everton loan move

David Beckham has admitted that he hasn't made any decisions about his future after Everton made an approach for the former England captain.

The LA Galaxy midfielder has spent the last two winters on loan at AC Milan during the Major League Soccer off-season and Toffees boss David Moyes said he would welcome Beckham to Goodison Park in a similar deal.

The 35-year-old, who has one more year left on his contract with the Galaxy, is keeping his options open about his future however.

"I'm just trying to get myself fit and get my fitness back from obviously the injury I got seven months ago," he said in an Australian television interview.

"So I am just trying to make sure my body is in the right condition and then I'll think about it. But I haven't decided anything yet," said Beckham.

But despite his years and recent injury problems Beckham confirmed that his future does lie on the pitch, "I'm not ready to finish playing football yet." he said.
