I was a little girl when we first fell a part
But yet I still held you close in my heart
I saw you each weekend
Until you slowly moved further away
I stared to see you each and every holiday
But then your life made you move further away
I didn’t know how I could get you to stay
So I gave u my blessing and gave u my butterfly kisses
I told you I’d miss you and that I loved you
But you didn’t see the burning in my eyes
The pain of losing some I cherished so dearly
And you just walked away
Walked away without knowing the feelings
That were burning inside
They made me feel unloved lost hurt
And then u did it too
you’ve pushed me aside
Something you said you’d never do
But you did it
And now I must tell you how I feel
And let u see those pains inside
Even though I may not necessarily want to
And even if you take it the wrong way ill still love you
Ill be hurt but ill still love you! !
