Beating Tree - I died in the winter

I died in the winter,
I died in the rain,
Cold and alone,
Scared and afraid,
I died in November,
I died on the fifth,
Sad and mad,
Happy and crude,
I died years ago,
I died with a grin,
Laughing and crying.
I said “look at me I’m finally dying”.
