Beachgoers save stranded great white shark

Beach-goers at a Massachusetts beach got a rare sight when a great white shark washed up onto the shore, getting stuck in the sand. Witnesses told local media it happened as the two meters long juvenile male tried to catch seagulls off the Chatham coast. A harbormaster and another man splashed water on the shark and then tied rope around the animal’s rear fin before towing it out to sea.
