Ritsi and Drew both met while helping New York City Transit. After sustaining an injury, Ritsi returned to cooking school to end up being a chef. The reason she likes cooking barbeque one of the most is due to the fact that she feels it is the purest type of cooking and is one of the most American. Drew's beloved meals to barbeque is ribs. As a left brained thinker, he invests his time figuring out the moment, temperature level and acquiring the right continuous for his barbeque'd ribs. There's simply something about the means you have to prepare and burn the ribs and then cover it up in aluminum foil that provides him one of the most enjoyment.
