Batla Encounter Case: Shahzad found guilty

News X: Five years after the infamous Batla house encounter the judgement is likely to be pronounced in the case. Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma and 2 terrorists were killed in the 2008 encounter which took place days after the serial blasts in Delhi. The lone suspect in the case Shehzad has been charged with the killing of inspector Mohan Chand Sharma.

Prime accused Shahzad convicted in the Batla House Encounter Verdict. Shahzad was convicted for the murder of Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma.

Shahzad has been charged under 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder), 186 (obstructing a public servant from in discharge of functions) , 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharging his or her duty), 333, 34, 201,174-A and 27 Arms Act.
