Basic Model of an Electric Cycle

It is basic model of an Electric Cycle. We aim to develop cheap and reliable electric bicycles for poor people of Pakistan. It is just an experiment. It has been successful. This Electric Bicycle use 1 Unit of electricity to charge its batteries and cover 80Km distance at the speed of 30Km/h. It is best system for students. We need to improve it a lot. We want to make it beautiful and have strong frame to carry two people on plane road. We are also working to develop a motor cycle that will be have speed of 70Km/h, range 100-120Km for one charge. You are requested to give your suggestions.
Please if there is anyone who can do these projects go ahead and solve the problems of poor people of Pakistan. Running cost of Electric bike will be 1/4 or even lesser of that a common man is spending on petrol bike even if he does not use solar panels for charging it.
