Isolation rooms in Barrio Luz Elementary School are now ready for use intended for asymptomatic COVID-19 patients from coronavirus-stricken Sitio Zapatera in Barrio Luz, Cebu City. The area has been on lockdown after it was declared as the epicenter of COVID-19 in Cebu City, where the city health department recorded 136 positive cases as of April 21.
