Barefaced Liar (BFL) is Delhi's premier Modern Rock act. The band is a fusion of the talents of Akshay Chowdhry (vocals, guitar), Sumant Balakrishnan (vocals, guitar), Akshay Johar (bass) and Suyash Gabriel (drums).

Today, BFL is recognized as one of the most popular bands in New Delhi; known for their versatility and originality. Having played live on the Indian music circuit since 2008, they are known for their explosive live shows and infectious enthusiasm on stage. Having played in all the major metros across India, at popular venues and festivals such as the NH7 weekender (in 2010 and 2012) and Great Indian Rock (2008) amongst many others and at top venues around India such as Hard Rock Café and Blue Frog, the band looks forward to breaking new ground in both the regional and the international context.

"Toe the Line" is taken from their upcoming album due in November 2013 . It was recently awarded a Finalist position at the 2013 edition of the UK Songwriters Contest where it placed in the top 20 songs in the Rock category.
