The colors of Autumn are a sight to behold
orange, reds, browns and gold
The days are bright and blue is the sky
as gentle breezes sway the trees on high
Summer is over and winter is nigh
There is a sadness about Autumn I've always felt
but my favorite time of the year it will always be
like a homebaked cookie and a cup of tea.
I love the feel of an Autumn day
the smell of woodsmoke and apple pie
the leaves crunching underfoot, and big puffy clouds way up in the sky.
