Balloon Blast

Balloon Blast is a helium filled balloon toy with a battery powered controller for up and down movement. The hand controller has about 80 feet of string, so provided you are working in still air, you have a lot of up and down movement possible.

Really still days are not that common, but you can imagine using it in one of those shopping malls where the roof is very high.
