SEMI-CHARMED © : Episode 12. Charlie's newest best friend is a little red balloon. They play and laugh and do everything together, until one day, one balloon just isn't enough. Charlie wants more balloons. More balloons mean more fun for Charlie! Too bad he goes over board and the balloons get angry at his balloon abuse, and come after him!

Can the little red balloon save him before the black balloons destroy Charlie?
