Bal Thackeray attacks Anna

Bal Thackeray returned to his ballistic mode at the occasion of the Shiv Sena's annual Dussehra rally in Mumbai on Thursday. He virtually launched the party's civic polls campaign by speaking on the stage for 35 minutes taking on a host of issues like attacking Mumbai's striking auto drivers and blasting the Maharashtra Government's bid to reclaim more land from the sea. Anna Hazare's team members were also at the receiving end for allegedly feasting while Anna fasted. Anna Hazare has let Bal Thackeray's offending remarks about his team pass. Most accusations and attacks launched against him by political parties have been strongly repelled, but in Bal Thackeray's case the anti-corruption crusader has chosen not to fire back showing uncharacteristic restraint.
