back his thoughts on Jones going
sixth overall in the 2019 NFL Draft.

The pick by New York in the first round was considered to be a surprise given Jones' average career record while playing at Duke University.
Mayfield also brushed off how the unpredictable nature of pro football has sometimes led to surprisingly good NFL quarterbacks.
