BAKED TORTELLINI LASAGNA

Ingredients

*12 ounce package of meat tortellini(thawed)
*1 - 24 ounce jar of garlic marinara sauce
*1-18 ounce can of diced tomatoes
*1 cup of shredded mozzarella
*1/2 cup of cottage cheese

Directions

*Preheat oven to 350.
*In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer start with adding 4 tablespoons of marinara sauce and 3 tablespoons of diced tomatoes.
*Next add 3 tablespoons if cottage cheese(you can substitute with ricotta cheese).
*Next add half of the tortellini and top with 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese.
*Repeat the layering process with the rest of the tortellini marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
*Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling over.
