Baked lemon chicken

- 4 chicken breasts
- 40 g butter (4 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 garlic cloves (4 whole and 2 chopped)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- salt
- pepper
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- lemon slices
- basmati rice (for serving)
