Baked Cheese Croutons look wonderful and are best garnished on top of the soup just before serving. Bread is baked till it is golden brown and baked on the other side topped with cheese.

You could try sprinkling seasonings and chopped tomatoes, capsicum etc., as toppings. They add to the taste as well as the aesthetic appeal of the soup.
