Today its all about playing the forehand drive.

Instead of blocking a smash, the forehand drive is used to turn defence into offence.

Once you’ve played the forehand drive, get back to a stance that is balanced.

This helps you anticipate any incoming shots.

You also have the option to switch your position and play the forehand cross drive.
