BAD ROAD, NO WATER

For decades a community of hundreds in Gasparillo has lived with deplorable road conditions and some, without a pipe borne water supply.

On Wednesday morning they contacted members of the media to air their frustrations and highlight their daily living conditions, hoping the authorities will step in.
