Backyard bug cooking

It’s time to rethink our aversion to bugs-as-food, according to the chef in this clip, David Moskowitz. He’s clearly an advocate of a protein-rich diet of creepy crawlies and a connoisseur of the summer treat cooked up in a Caribbean style.
