Back to the Bible - Philippines

In the Philippines, the first Back to the Bible English radio program was aired over 702 DZAS on June 5, 1948. Realizing the need for a support center for Filipinos listening to the broadcast, Rev. Howard and Virginia Eppler founded the Philippine office in their own home in Caloocan City on June 15, 1957. And for almost 50 years of broadcasting in the Philippines, the Back to the Bible program has never ever been off the air – a tribute to God’s power to sustain the ministry amidst the political and social upheavals in the Philippines.
