Baba Ramdev turns down Haryana Cabinet offer

Yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Tuesday turned down the Haryana government's Cabinet offer. The Manohar Lal Khattar's Haryana government had decided to felicitate the yoga guru Ramdev, who is said to be the brand ambassador for promotion of yoga and ayurveda in the state. Turning down the offer, Baba Ramdev said, "I am a baba and want to remain a baba... Don't want to enjoy VIP perks," adding, "The yoga guru said, "I'm a sanyaasi, service to humanity is my only objective, I'm not looking for any Ministerial position or status."
