I am a free spirit,
Forever wandering the green fields
Of a place, unknown to mankind.
A haven,
A free land,
Enriched by the few souls who have walked here.
I am a free spirit.

I am a white dove,
Soaring whenever I wish,
Soaring wherever my unrestricted mind takes me.
This place is my ocean,
These wings, my sails.
I am a white dove.

I am a soldier,
Resting on a patch of desert ground
Softened only by the endless stream of crimson life.
A piece of lead eleven millimetres wide has found a home in my heart.
Feelings pushed aside,
All memories forgotten.
I am a free spirit.
