Azmin: No deadline for CPTPP agreement
Description
International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali said there is no deadline for the country to complete the domestic process to enable the ratification of the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) agreement, as opposed to the two-year period underlined in the current Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement.
The Gombak MP said this in response to a question posed by Bagan MP Lim Guan Eng in the Dewan Rakyat on Monday (Aug 3).
